Your use of those tools is governed by their terms, not ours.

All content on the Website and in our Offerings—including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital products—is owned by Clarity or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission. Limited citation with clear credit to helloclarity.ai may be permitted with express written consent.
6. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Purchases: To purchase products, you must provide valid payment information. All payments are processed securely by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card details.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, even if you have already accessed or downloaded the Offering. To request a refund, contact us at support@helloclarity.ai within 7 days of purchase. After this period, payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
Chargebacks: You agree to first contact us for resolution before filing a chargeback. If you proceed with a chargeback, you forfeit your license to the Offering and we may seek to recover fees and costs incurred.
Upgrade Credit: If you purchase the Brand Identity System, you may apply its purchase price as a credit toward the Foundation System within 3 months of your original purchase date. The credit applies once, to a single upgrade, and has no cash value.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Website or our Offerings will be available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the Website or any part of it for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.
